AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF IMAGES AND DATA AND BASIC INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

I, AUTHORIZE, under the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Organic Law 1/1982 on civil protection of the right to honour personal and family privacy and self-image, that my images and my data are processed, used and shared by the company Dream&AchieveLTD, Company registered in the United Kingdom, with Company Number 11543653 - Incorporated on 30 August 2018 and based at 213 John Cabot House, 40 Royal Crest Avenue, E16 2BA, London. U.K.

The data may be used for promotional purposes, for marketing campaigns, and the promotion of products and services of the company, and may be shared with third parties (for example on Facebook, Google, Youtube, WhatsApp etc.) to carry out such activities.
In the same way, I AUTHORIZE the company identified above, to use my image, voice and name in everything, and any material, whether photos, videos and documents, to be used in campaigns and promotional and institutional announcements, aimed at dissemination to the general public, in the UK and abroad.
This authorization will be granted free of charge, for an indefinite period, counted from the date of signature of this Agreement and may be concluded by express manifestation of one of the parties, which covers the use of the image and data throughout the national territory and abroad in digital or analogue format.

INFORMATION CLAUSE DATA PROTECTION

The person responsible for the treatment is Dream&Ahieve.LTD
Purpose: execution of the agreement signed for the transfer of image rights. The legitimation is through the consent granted.
Recipients, your data will be communicated to third parties for the realization of advertising campaigns, so international data transfers will be made, complying with the required regulations.
Rights: you have the right of access, rectification, portability, deletion of data and right of limitation and opposition to its treatment, which you can exercise by writing to support@getfitin3.com

You declare that you have been informed and give your express consent for the treatments and purposes according to the conditions indicated above.
