Our Story

First of all, we wanted to understand why the programs run by celebrities and influencers didn’t work and we soon realized that they were using the same platforms that are controlled by Big multinationals, which are not experts in the field and are just looking to make a profit. They usually charge you a monthly fee and a big part of your money goes to these companies. Apart from that, the meal plans they offered are not tailored, but generated from a database that let you swap meals without understanding if that’s what you need.

The celebrity just records themselves doing the exercises and uploads the videos to the platform.

We were approached by one of these companies but declined the offer. They told us we couldn’t do it without their help, that it was impossible to create a platform like theirs…

So we decided to do it better!

That is why we decided not to charge a monthly fee.

Hi Fit in3 family! We are Johnny and Alicia and we have designed the Fit in3 program.

We decided to create Fit in3 because our friends and family were trying lots of diets, hiring personal trainers, and spending a lot of money on fitness programs that didn’t work.

We are both personal trainers and have been in the industry for more than 10 years. Additionally, Alicia is a West End performer and I am a diet specialist, so we decided to combine our expertise to find a solution to this problem.

Johnny studied programming at University, so he started creating the platform, but there was a point where he was spending more than 12 hours a day programming, but not achieving what was intended, so we decided to bring to the team a group of independent software developers that put into code our vision.

 

We had now created a platform, so it was time to ensure our method was the best of all.

For the past 5 years, Johnny has been sharing healthy recipes and workout tips on his Youtube Channel, which has more than 120 thousand subscribers, but every day was receiving a huge number of questions about how to achieve a body transformation and specific questions that will require a different answer for each person.

Alicia’s colleagues are all professional dancers, singers and actors who need to perform daily to the highest standards, so getting in shape is not optional.

 

In our method, to create the workouts we have used electromyography, which is a science that measures the impulses in the muscle when doing an exercise. By using this, we can know which exercise is more effective and therefore will give you better results in less time, when trying to build muscle.

We have also included HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts, which once again is the most effective way to lose fat, because it combines high and low intensity actions to enable you to keep on burning calories even in the periods that you are resting.

On the other hand, the meal plans are tailored to your exact calorie needs, we achieve this by asking you a few questions about your objective, physical profile and diet preferences.

The meal plans are made of tasty recipes you will normally have in a restaurant. They are very easy to prepare and you will know the exact quantity of each ingredient.

If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, don’t worry, we also have your back.

 

Once we had the method fully developed we decided to demonstrate its results with several volunteers with different physical profiles. The results were absolutely amazing!

As expected, every single person achieved their desired body transformation in just 3 months and got the knowledge to continue their healthy lifestyle journey. They discovered lots of healthy recipes and learned the exact technique to perform any exercise.

 

We managed to solve the problems our clients, colleagues, family and friends were facing.
